Pop-up menus and SmartObjects
Pop-up Menus and SmartObjects

A pop-up menu will appear when defined for a
SmartObject (lets say a SmartBrowse) when the
SmartBrowse is opened straight from the UIB
in design-mode as a Master. It will also appear
as defined when you run this Master.
When you include the SmartBrowse in a container
such as a SmartWindow, you now have an INSTANCE of
the SmartBrowse (not the Master). In this case when
you run the window, the pop-up for the SmartBrowse
will appear as expected when you hit the
right mouse button.
The one case that is different is in design-mode
with a SmartBrowse included in a SmartWindow.
This case is different because the SmartBrowse
in the window is an INSTANCE of the SmartObject.
In other words, the SmartBrowse is currently
NOT open as a master.
In this case, the right mouse button brings up a
UIB instance pop-up, with options such as
Properties... Instance Attributes... SmartInfo...
