CAUSE:
Bug# 20030306-002
CAUSE:
This flickering is due to the palette management that was added for version 9. The ability to shut the palette manager off has been introduced in 9.1D06 .
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1D06 or higher, and add the following to the startup section of the progress.ini file (if you use an ini file), or to the startup section in the registry.
