SYMPTOM(s):
After upgrading database license from 9.1C to 9.1D and connecting a Dynamics client gives error 1423.
There is no server for database <dbname>. (1423)
There is no server for database <icfdb>. (1423)
No errors found in the database log file during database startup.
The database has been started in multi-user mode.
FIX:
Reinstall the database license.
