SYMPTOM(s):
Intial value does not remain when adding new record to Smart Data Browse, when the browse is empty.
CHANGE:
Installed patch 9.1C26.
CAUSE:
A regression bug was found in patches 9.1C21 and later.
FIX:
Option 1: Upgrade to 9.1D
Option 2: Downgrade to patch 9.1C19 or earlier.
