Is it supported to copy the whole directory structure for Progress instead of installing Progress new?

FIX:
installing Progress by copying the whole directory structure for Progress should work if it is followed by a NetSetup installation. However Progress doesn't support this kind of installation.
Perform a CD or a NetSetup installation.
