Can't apply an incremental .df to DB2/400 database in as/400.
Menu option to apply incremental .df to AS/400 (DB2/400) database is grayed out.
CAUSE:
The incremental .df cannot be applied while in "Modify Mode" in the DB2/400 Data Dictionary.
FIX:
Change the option from "Modify Mode" to the "Read Only" mode.
