FIX:

Talk to your local Progress sales office. Getting a consultant on site is your best (if not only) option.

This isn't really a Technical Support issue anymore -

- you are an end-user, so you are in all likelihood not paying Progress Software maintenance. Thus you are not entitled to support. Please confirm this with your account manager at Progress Software in the event of any uncertainty.
- version 6 is a retired product. It may be that the resources with the required skill set can't justifiably be diverted to the issue.
