V7 Toolkit ( xcode compiler ) is an add-on product as in V6
The Developers' Toolkit product which includes the XCODE utility is
available with 7.3B as a DOS executable. The Toolkit continues to
be available as an add-on product which must be ordered in addition
to the base license. This is consistent with the product packaging
for Toolkit under Version 6.
The Version 7 SHOWCFG utility will display separate information for
the Toolkit product if it was ordered and installed properly.
For version 8 and version 9 also you need Developer's Toolkit as XCode utility is not a part of any other Progress Products (Provision etc.).
