No errors in log file
java.rmi.ConnectIOException: error during JRMP connection establishment; nested exception is:
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
JDK 1.4.0 installed.
CAUSE:
Unsupported version of JDK installed.
FIX:
The proper version of JDK for 9.1C running on Compaq Tru64 is 1.3.0. Download, install, and configure for this version
