FIX:
As of March 3, 2004, the certification of Oracle 9.2 (9i release 2) client libraries has been completed against Progress 9.1D08 against the following platforms:
1. HP-UX (64Bit). Please note that Oracle 9i is not longer available as a 32Bit product
2. HP Compaq Tru64. Minimum OS for Oracle 9i support is HP Compaq Tru64 Release 5.0
3. Solaris (64Bit). Please note that 9.1D was re-released as 9.1D04
4. Windows (32Bit)
AIX Update:
-Connectivity of the 32Bit Progress Oracle DataServer to an Oracle 9i Release 2 64Bit Database needs to be done via the Oracle 8i client libraries (32Bit).
-Native support for AIX 64Bit and Oracle 9i Release 2 64Bit will begin with OpenEdge 10.0B.
