FIX:
In order to establish a SQL92 ODBC or JDBC connection to a Progress / OpenEdge Database a Progress Client licenses of the same major version is required.
The ODBC / JDBC drivers are obtained by installing one of the following Client licenses: ProVISION, 4GL, Client Networking, or SQL Client Access.
A complete install is necessary in order to obtain the necessary ODBC components.
