proutil <db-name> -C truncate bi -G 0
SYMPTOM(s):
Database does not start
Error indicates the BI file needs to be truncated
CAUSE:
-G 0
Specifies the number of seconds before Progress reuses a before-image cluster.
FIX:
Do not use -G 0 to truncate the bi file.
