Columns in the browse widget are having their visible attribute changed at runtime
Hiding and then showing a browse column causes black spaces to appear around its title

Bug# OE00087013
CAUSE:
An internal calculation for column widths was incorrectly adding in space for a pixel which was not needed
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.0A or later
