SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to install 9.1D SP5 as it is reporting processes still running, yet nothing should be running.
The processes it is complaining about are:
%DLC%\bin\environ.dll
%DLC%\bin\jni_util.dll
%DLC%\bin\jutil.dll
%DLC%\bin\procfg.dll
CAUSE:
IIS (isass.exe) using the dlls
FIX:
Stop ISS and rerun the installation procedure
