When connecting to database getting:
Error: must be running query-level Progress error

CHANGE:

CAUSE:
This error:
Error: must be running query-level Progress
is actually an error generated by the QAD mfg/pro application, running on Progress. It seems to indicate that a 4GL Development licence was missing from the (server-side) installation, or is not listed in the progress.cfg.
FIX:
Ensure that a 4GL Development licence is contained in the installation and in the progress.cfg
