SYMPTOM(s):
other printers with local drivers are mapped on the WTS server
when user session created the default printer is not mapped
Other Windows applications print
CAUSE:
Local default printer was installed with a driver not installed on the WTS server.
FIX:
To correctly map a client printer to the server, the printer driver must be installed on both the client and server machine
