FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.1D.
SYMPTOM(s):
The more lines of code to debug, the smaller the vertical elevator becomes.
Debugger's scrollbar becomes too small to use.
CHANGE:
Installed 9.1D05.
CAUSE:
The scrollbar thumbnail adjusts its size automatically
according to the number of lines of code. The more code you have the smaller the scrollbar thumbnail gets.
FIX:
This is standard behavior.
