GOAL:
How to find out which version of Progress is used ?
FIX:
In environments where multiple versions of Progress are running simultaneously, it may be difficult to track down which database is running with which version.
The following items may be checked to help find this out:
- Progress Explorer -> Check the different settings for the different Progress versions.
- ProControl -> Check the different settings for the different Progress versions.
- Startup scripts/batch files -> Check environment settings and path references. Somewhere an indication to the Progress installation directory should be made, which in turn should tell you what version is used.
