GOAL:
How to set Report Builder to auto connect to a Database in Design mode.
FIX:
In the startup.pf file located in %DLC%/bin you can identify your database connection information.
This will also connect your Progress session upon startup as well. If you wish to only invoke this functionality in Report Builder. Identify the rbstart.pf file in the startup.pf file and add the connection information to the rbstart.pf.
