SYMPTOM(s):
The -noautoreslist startup parameter does not work for dynamic queries
CAUSE:
The -noautoreslist startup parameter only affects queries that were defined with no scrolling
FIX:
Since dynamic queries are never defined at all, the -noautoreslist startup parameter does not affect them, so they must be explicitly set at runtime by using the FORWARD-ONLY attribute
