V7.3B DOS product HANGS at startup. Caused by Mouse driver
The v7.3B DOS product will not start if a v9.xx or later release
of Microsofts Mouse driver is used. v8.xx drivers work fine.

Simply remove the mouse driver (from autoexec.bat), reboot...and
all will work fine.
