SYMPTOM(s):
New build menu's for Version 2 does not display username, company or date "fill in" fields.
CHANGE:
Upgraded from Version 1.1 to Version 2.0 and applied Service Pack 2.
CAUSE:
Version 2 does not have "default containers" as Version 1 did.
FIX:
To display the username, company and date "fill in" fields in a menu include rystatusbv.w as an Object Instance.
