SYMPTOM(s):
The DB broker does not start, the selected port is in use.
Two different versions of Progress are installed in the same machine.
Disconnected because of PROGRESS client/server version mismatch. (642)
The port number selected for the DB broker is in use by another process.
CAUSE:
The DB is not served, therefore the client service is connecting to other process than the corresponding broker.
FIX:
Select another port for the DB broker, or shut down the process that is using the same port.
