FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Error running rfutil dbname -C aimage extent full
SYSTEM ERROR: Memory violation. (49)
Other rfutil commands run fine.
CHANGE:
Upgraded to new commercial release.
CAUSE:
Installed a new commercial release over an existing older commercial release. Files may not have been overwritten properly. This can result in Memory Violations when running Progress commands.
FIX:
When installing a new commercial release, do not install it over another commercial release. Instead install it into it's own seperate DLC directory.
