SYMPTOM(s):
Cannot load program /u/crs0/dlc7/bin/_dbutil because of the
format.
Any commands that access _dbutil fail.
All other executables work fine.
Permissions is not an issue.
CAUSE:
Corrupt _dbutil executable.
FIX:
Replace the _dbutil executable in current install.
