V8 UIB Shrink SmartFrame to the Size of SmartFolder

WHY YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS:
===========================
If you have a SmartFolder in a SmartFrame, you are not able to drag th
e border of the SmartFrame to shrink it to the size of the SmartFolder
.
PROCEDURAL APPROACH:
====================
The workaround is to make the folder smaller than you need it, size th
e frame to the correct size, then make the folder as big as the frame.
Consequently, you can choose the SIZE-TO-FIX option on the frame's pro
perty sheet and it will automatically size to the folder.
