Missing intranet image after downloading and running webinst.exe
Webclient: cannot find intranet directory after unpacking webinst.exe
CAUSE:
Prior to 9.1D05, the Web Client folder in the Service Packs contained the
following subdirectories:
intranet\
web_image\
win_image\
These subdirectories represented three different ways of installing WebClient:
intranet - used for a web-server based install without access to the internet
web_image - used for a web-server based install over the internet
win_image - used for a local install, accessible over the filesystem
In 9.1D05, the intranet image has been removed.
FIX:
The web_image should be used in the place of intranet image.
The only difference between these two images was
that the web_image dynamically downloaded installer files from the
InstallShield web site. It has been found that this access could be unreliable,
and therefore PSC packaged all of the necessary installer files, which
is the equivalent of the intranet image. The web_image may be used in any
case where the intranet image was previously used.
