Some of the objects in the generated .NET client proxy will be missing required ObjectIDValue member variables.
CAUSE:
See Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 811867.
FIX:
Hand-edit the .NET proxy (Reference.vb) to put the ObjectIDValue member
variables where they are required
