SYMPTOM(s):
Cannot make any JDBC connection to Database
Required Environments are not set correctly
Starting the Database using "proserve" instead of the executable "_mprosrv.exe" (setting environment for SQL 92)
Error in the db-log on Server side: DatabaseSQL server process terminated. (8841)
Error on the Clients side: 'Database not started'
The environment variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH seems to be set correctly
Using the supported JDK 1.3.0_0.2
FIX:
No fix, SQL-92 is not supported on SCO Open Server. Check the Product Availability Guide on the Progress website for valid operating systems.
