Change update status of non-compilable objects Roundtable

INTRODUCTION:

The Update status flag is used for Roundtable to determine compile
requirements. All objects must have and update status of CURRENT
before the object can be completed.
WHY YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS:
===========================
If an objects compile status has been changed the update status
might be modified, even though it is not a compilable object.
PROCEDURAL APPROACH:
====================
Compile the object even though it is not compilable. This process
will correct any update status flags of non-compilable objects too.
