SYMPTOM(s):
Webclient application does not send data in some cases when SSL
encryption is enabled.
A timeout will occur after approximately 20 minutes.
Client hangs sending data via HTTPS.
This behavior occurs when more than ~8K of data is sent to the AIA
Appserver.

Bug #20020816-010
CAUSE:
It is not defined as to what a WebServer will do when an empty message is sent.
FIX:
Fixed in Progress 9.1D05.
