SYMPTOM(s):
Clients can not connect to the appserver
client getting error "no servers available, please try later "
Some clients are connected.
CHANGE:
The AppServer is locked when a client connects. The application has persistent procedures which keeps the AppServer locked until the application has completed.
FIX:
Modify the application to not use persistent procedures or allow more AppServers to startup.
