SYMPTOM(s):
Applying a filter for the first time always finds the last record the first time
Applying the filter for the second time, finds the correct record
Applying the filter in the exact same manner the first time on a Static SDO works as expected
The where clause of the SDO is constructed with two logical fields checking whether either one of the logical fields is true
