Infinite loop editing Roundtable object with no source

DRAFT COPY - Currently under review and edit.

INTRODUCTION:
=============
When Roundtable passes a source code file name back to the ADE tools
(UIB, P.E., P.W.) and no source exists the system will get into an
infinite loop trying to open the empty file.

POSSIBLE CAUSE OF ERROR:
========================
The File open hooks provided in the ADE do not have condition
handling for an empty source file. The ADE system expects to find
source when the hooks return.

CORRECTIVE MEASURE:
===================
Use Save As of the ADE tools to create new objects. The File|Save As
interface calls Roundtable and requests all of the required
information. If you find yourself in the end-less loop, CTRL-C or
CTRL-BREAK will break the loop.
