Getting error 1136 when connecting to database
Shared memory access permissions denied (1136)
Session dies with memory violation after error 1136
Connecting to db using a 4GL CONNECT statement
Cannot use CONNECT statement with regular user
Can use CONNECT statement with superuser
Connect statement is; CONNECT -db -U -P -ld
Current file permissions on the db are rwrr
Changing permissions to 777 (rwx) on all db files does not resolve issue

FIX:
Upgrade to Progress 9.1B Patch, 9.1C or higher.
