Mouse in Versions view not starting editor in Roundtable
DRAFT COPY - Currently under review and edit.
INTRODUCTION:

When using normal views of the system, the mouse double click will
start a Procedure Window. When in Versions view the double click does
not start the procedure editor.
POSSIBLE CAUSES:
================
The multi selection ability of the versions view allows the visual
diff tool to work properly. This functionality does not allow the
editor to work with a mouse double click.
CORRECTIVE MEASURES:

Hit the EDIT button to view that version.
