warning - pcondb for db <db name> has lkctr <number> (395)
CAUSE:
The 395 message is just an internal warning message, that an internal counter (lkctr) that counts connections to a db has been incorrectly decremented.
FIX:
The message can be suppressed with the -nolkctr startup parameter within the client session.
