FACT(s) (Environment):
SonicMQ 4.x
SYMPTOM(s):
Application could not read one of the queues
After delete and re-create the queue it was possible to get messages going again.
CAUSE:
Application error. Copying the SonicMQDB and recovery log files to a test machine
and starting the SonicMQ broker with that database there was no problem to receive the messages from all queues. Found in the contents of one message info
about the source of the problem in the application flow.
FIX:
It is possible to debug symptoms like that by making a backup of the SonicMQDB and recovery log files and investigate that outside the production environment.
