FACT(s) (Environment):
Attempting to move the file in the same called procedure where he is saving the file.
SYMPTOM(s):
Can not move a text file which was saved from an editor widget
Receiving "file is in use" error message
CAUSE:
The closing of the file is not immediate.
FIX:
Have the calling procedure move the file after the called procedure ends.
