SYMPTOM(s):
Can not install Progress patch 8.3E03.
Getting "file not found error".
Patch was not down loaded from the Progress website.
Patch is on CD media.
CAUSE:
The instructions state to extract file 8.3E03.tar. Doing a "ls" on the CD directory you find the file name is 8.3e03.tar (lower case "e"). UNIX is case sensitive.
FIX:
Extract the file using the proper file name 8.3e03.tar.
