GOAL:
If I am going to have multiple users connecting to multiple databases and I want to share the same .pf file, should the -n be set to a total of users for all databases or maximum # of users for a database?
GOAL:
Using single parameter file for multiple databases, how do I set -n?
FIX:
When using the same parameter file for multiple databases you will need to set your -n parameter to the maximum number of users you expect on any one database.
Please keep in mind that WDOG, BIW, APWs and AIW need to also be included in this number.
