SYMPTOM(s):
** Array subscript <value> is out of range. (26)
Error (26) occurs during record updates.
Database was dumped and then reloaded using Data Dictionary and problem returned within a short period of time.
CAUSE:
Hardware failures.
FIX:
Replaced faulty disk drives.
