prostrct add is not fixing size of variable database data extent
adding a new variable data extent to a database that already has a variable data extent
prostrct list shows multiple variable extents existing in the same storage area
prostrct repair was used immediately after prostrct add
CAUSE:
Bug# 19990714-060
FIX:
probkup the database and restore into a new valid structure (i.e. without multiple variable extents in the same area).
