FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Error installing Progress
The Installation Utility has detected that the <file name> file is corrupted.
Call Progress technical support.
Copying contents of CD onto machine and running setup.exe fails with same error.
All prior environment variables have been removed.
Installation fails when run from a mapped CD-ROM drive
CAUSE:
The CD is bad.
FIX:
Contact Progress Customer Service to obtain new media.
