Bulkload is unable to read a .d trailer
The .d file has been exported via Data Administrator on the same platform and machine and can be loaded via Data Administrator back without any problems

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00086693
CAUSE:
The function that calls the codepage was not retrieving all the characters required to be identified and thereby would not continue without user intervention.
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.0A or later.
Workaround:
Confirm "y" and proceed with bulkload or load the offending .d via Data Administrator or you can use binary dump and load as well.
The issue is fixed in OpenEdge 10.0A and higher releases.
