Applied patch 08 on 9.1B
The slash key '/' on numeric keyboard results in exclamation point '!'
The keys do not works with Progress TTY
The keys work with Progress GUI
The keys work in a DOS command Prompt
CAUSE:
There have been few problems in 9.1B with few keys of the numeric key pad, reported as 20010502-010, 20000927-002, 20001110-001 and 20001009-004, which are all fixed in 9.1C
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1C or try to rely on prokey32.dll provided by Progress (normally used to work around a Microsoft Problem with CAPS Lock) as explained in Progress Solution p21013 (How to use prokey32.dll)
