New V7 features on prorest and probkup

In V7 we have the following new features in our
Backup and Restore utilities.
probkup:
1) We can now COMPRESS data before it's written to backup media (-com)
2) We can allow 'redundancy' with -red to allow for error correction
on the backup.
prorest:
1) We can now verify the backup against the original database with
-vp (partial) and -vf (full).
2) We can now recover bad blocks on the backup (under the right
circumstances).
cmpdb:
1) You can now compare multi-volume databases
2) Can also include the comparision of BI's as well as DB's (-g opt)
