SYMPTOM(s):
DOS SILENT QUOTER -C statement does not work when the DOS command line portion is very long!
CAUSE:
The DOS command line is exceeding its character length limit.
FIX:
Shorten the command line to be within the specific DOS version's command line character length limit or put the whole command in a .bat file and execute the "DOS SILENT myquoter.bat" 4GL statement.
