Starting database via Explorer receives 7167 error.
rlrdnxt: note prefix and suffix lengths don't match . (7167)
Error recorded in log file as well as Event Viewer.
Client GPFs with Dr. Watson stating:
Error in startup of database dbname (Host)
20931: server (engine name)

FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
An active database was copied to another location on disk. The structure file was not modified and prostrct repair was not used to indicate the new location of the extents prior to trying to start the database.
FIX:
1. Shutdown db prior to copying it with Operating System command to another location. Syntax: proshut dbname
2. Copy database using Operating System command to new location on disk
3. Modify extent location in the dbname.st file.
4. prostrct repair dbname dbname.st
5. Start database via Progress Explorer tool.
