GOAL:
How does a user exit from a "FOR EACH" statement before all the data has been displayed?
FIX:
While data is being returned from a "FOR EACH" statement the display sequence may be stopped by hitting the ESC key twice.
The standard use of the ESC key in Windows applications matches the standard use of END-ERROR in Progress.
